Jalen Keoni Williams, a fashion designer and alumnus of Huston–Tillotson University, was born on September 9, 1997, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Raised as a military child, he traveled the world at a young age, immersing himself in diverse cultures and evolving fashion movements that would later shape his creative vision. Keoni began designing and customizing clothing in middle school, turning early curiosity into purpose. In 2017, he co-founded KEONI INC, transforming his passion into a brand rooted in authenticity and intention.

Born in Hawaii, his parents gave him the middle name Keoni, meaning “God is Gracious” in Polynesian culture—while in urban culture, the name represents confidence and style. The KEONI logo and motto, “Actions Speak Louder Than Words,” represent more than fashion—it’s a movement.
